Westford2

Westford was incorporated on September 23,1729. Prior to this, Westford was part of the neighboring town of Chelmsford. The Westford Museum, located on Boston Road, was once the original Westford Academy. It was constructed in 1794. One of its earliest students was Paul Revere's son, John. A bell in the lobby of the current Westford Academy was cast by Revere along with a weather vane that sit on top of the Abbot Elementary School.
